It is a challenge living with a normie, who definitely thinks I am crazy…but that’s okay, my information comes from writers like you. Thanks Chris for keeping us grounded!
Great article Chris. One of the problems is that we live in a culture where people get to define for themselves what is moral, and you are not allowed to disagree with them. To them there are no universal more, just relative morality. Bishop Robert Barron talks about this a lot on his site "Word on Fire" (much more eloquently than I do) and I absolutely agree with him and you. There is good and evil in this world and we must constantly strive to live on the side of good and call out the evil when we see it. You and the others on Badlands Media (and a few more in alternative media) do just that. Thanks for all you do.
I really try to stay grounded in reality: My husband, my home, our children, our friends. I try to keep "the perspective of eternity". God is all in all. Earth is passing away...
I've always thought I was about as cynical and jaded as they come. Now I cringe to think how naive I've been. How trusting. Even now, I find it hard not to be upset by the Epstein thing.
Chris. I’m a huge follower of your work and consider you not to be near the top, but at the very top of the journalist/commentator game (pls excuse the label). There’s no one in this space with the depth of analysis but more importantly intellectual honesty without a personal agenda. For that I thank you while we all wash in a cycle of confusion
That said, I’m beyond elated to see your spiritual evolution and realization that Christianity is ultimately all that matters (pardon my direct observation). I do get this.
I’m a twice Obama voter, shaken to reality by trumps first candidacy. In the same timeframe through biblical reading I realized the One truth. Until someone asks with childlike honesty, why the universe exists, what are supposed to do here, and what happens next, “the world” as it’s said will fill that void with things and experiences. And why I decided to comment on this article because “I know exactly what you mean” to quote Morpheus.
I’m beyond encouraged by your latest awakening, and pray you’ll continue to decode this matrix in an increasingly biblical framework of ultimate truth, and objective morality. I do think you’ll find ever increasing cohesion in your analysis by keeping it biblically contextualized. Godspeed
Agreed. God calls us to aspire to holiness. It is possible! Nothing satisfies us more than this, because all else falls short. St. Augustine marched through life (trying it all) before finding true happiness is found in only in pleasing God
I'm currently dealing with local government injustice, threats, and "orders". I'm realizing that in this battle, at every level, the only way is through the fire to get out from under their oppressive, unjust actions. Thanks Chris for helping me realize this.

My folks and my husband have all three passed and what I have left, other than memories, is a whole lot of stuff. I'd rather have the people.
The longer I live, the more I admire nomadic peoples.
Oh, and you're the least crazy person I know online.
Hahaha thank you. Prayers for you and your family.

Very kind of you to say and very much appreciated. Thank you.

I hope you keep at it and it works out!
I will, thank you.
