Hmm. (This probably isn't anything.) I'm curious what the actual number of votes are in the Taiwan voting. Because 40.1%, 33.5%, and 26.5% is not possible (100.1%). With rounding numbers, 40.07, 33.47, and 26.47: also not possible with 100.01%. Yes, 40.06, 33.46, and 26.46 is possible. Likely?
