"It's not like the world is powered on dinosaur juice." Nice. And true. I'm even considering that dinosaurs might not ever have roamed the Earth. Related to the scarcity of "fossil fuels" (it seems not from fossils), at some point in history (1800s?) there was a similar claim of fuel scarcity with whale blubber...big fear campaign, followed by a request for money. (Unfortunately I don't remember any details.)

I'm not intelligent about Bitcoin or any digital currency, and frankly, I usually turn off a podcast when the focus is financial forecasting because I think we're in a changing financial environment, and I don't think anyone can safely predict where it's going to go and those that intimate they do annoy me. But I think my biggest concern is government control of our money which would enable things like credit scores based on compliance. Now, I don't know if it would be easier to accomplish that nefarious end with crypto or not, but I'm computer literate enough to know digitized data is easier to manipulate that analog.
Chris, I wish you could explain Bitcoin to me. I am not a big fan of Gmoney. He's a little too crude. If you have a good handle on BTC, it would be so cool to hear your podcast explain it to us retards. :) if not, I still think you're the best!
