Wow! Great podcast today. Especially loved your segment on the International Crisis Group report. Truly a great overview of what is happening in the world of geopolitics and the global regime’s failing agenda. Thanks, Chris!
In high school I used to hang out with this big group of “stoners”. We would be disruptive on occasion. But one of our chants we would say was, “The pope! The pope! The pope smokes dope!” Now, I look back and wonder if some of those kids truly had quite a bit of insight. 🤔 Especially when someone of authority was in our area where we ate lunch. Which by the way, many of these kids were also Catholic. I was raised Lutheran, but I have no idea how any person but Jesus has any Christian authority such as the pope. To me it is a control mechanism for those who have not read their bible.
I am a believer and hold no Christian higher than God. All men are capable of failure. Perhaps if the pope was just regarded, and considered a teacher that would be fine. But to think anything else is blasphemy to God. No one else can come close. Read the Bible. Come to your conclusions with your own spiritual discernment.

I realize I'm rather late, but the honorific for addressing the Pope is "Your Holiness".
Hahahaha thank you!
