So this story came full circle for me today. I was in a client's home and without saying too much about what I do....let's just say I had a few minutes to engage someone in small talk as I was waiting for the technology to reboot. Knowing this client was from West Africa, right in the region where all the coups are happening, I turned to her and said it was great what was happening. She looked a little surprised and then agreed. We talked about Niger and what the junta did, agreed that we needed the junta to do the same thing here, and then talked about people and the media. While I was frustrated that the media didn't really discuss what was happening in Africa more, this woman was upset that the media and people in general make her home continent look "like a bad place". We ended on a positive note, knowing that a good thing is happening and more good is to come.
1) Interesting how Trump is controlling the narratives, and their timing. He "pre-announced" Ron's run for president, as well as this round of covid, maybe 6 months too early to be effective as an election manipulation tool. ("Anything premature" is ineffective, unsatisfying, and makes a mess...poor Deep State! 😏) ... 2) Trump's campaign speech sounds like a rally cry, with war drum in the background. ... 3) With the African nations, it's uncanny how they're mirroring the U.S. situation, to the point where normies are noticing the parallels. ... 4) Lately the MSM is heralding these various storms as Storm of the Century, Biggest Storm in 100 Years, or Most Deadly Storm Ever; and then Poof!, not so much. Here in Southern Nevada, "hurricane Hilary" was some rain, some wind, normal flooding (big puddles) for 1 day, but nothing exceptional or noteworthy. The hype gets deflated quickly each time. 5) Chris, I appreciate the positive outlook, and the deep dive into the message Under the surface narratives. It's like a road map for me to keep all the various issues straight in my mind, where each issue has many layers.
Trump has often stated that, if he had been president, Putin would never have taken military action against Ukraine. But I wish he would say that the reason Putin would refrain, was that Trump would not have used Ukraine as a proxy against Russia.
Hey Chris or anybody for that matter. Ive lately been having issues with getting the podcasts on the day of its release. I open the substack, then click the open on player. I click on follow link and then nothing happens. I had this happen before a few times. But it had been working fine for the past several weeks. Now all of a sudden it’s doing the same thing, where follow link doesn’t change anything on my Apple Podcasts app. Has anyone else had this issue? I guess I could try the substack app or the download MP3 option. Anyway, if anyone could advise me that would be greatly appreciated!!
I subscribe to his Substack, and it is emailed to me right when it is released. I just use the audio player that comes with it. I don't have any apps, or Apple, or anything other than the Substack email. That has always worked for me, just saying.
I had a feeling they will bring Covid back just in time for the presidential election, and I was right, just like our President said We Will Not Comply. DeSantimonius or I should say DeSaster can’t even run Florida successfully but want’s to be the next President well Ronny boy you will never be President he can’t even hold his position as governor he did it out of spite to stab president trump in the back to run for the presidency his a fascist traitor and a looser. I don't know what that could be. I usually just use the substack app. You can also add the RSS feed to apple podcasts and that should work.
