I did have to appeal and I cited the 5th circuit court of appeals decision. I am not sure I want to back on either, but wanted you to know.
Pretty sure Trump tricked the Uniparty into closing the loopholes in the Electoral Act. So Kamala(or any VP) is strictly an administrator in the count.
