I just can´t buy the ¨Trump for Speaker¨. It's not that I don´t like the strategy, but can you imagine Trump saying something is in or out of order? Can you imagine him learning and following and dictating any kind of legislative process? I can't.
Besides that, there is another reason. He's been a top executive, he wants no other association than the top executive seat of the country again. He has to stay the spectacle; a pragmatic approach through the Speaker just seems beneath him. *shrug*
Although I'm not a huge fan of Abbott, either, what would you speculate is the reason for the timing?
Just after he is declared the winner seems odd for a PR stunt; also, I could understand if he was attempting to go more moderate for the Austin, Dallas, etc. crowd prior to the election.
Nevertheless, I'm not holding my breath he'll fix these massive immigration problems in my State.

Also, it is about the congress ignoring over one hundred claimants, on J6, that the election was rigged. They did not investigate the claim, as they should have, and installed Biden. Under the constitution this is treasonous, as they were aiding the enemy.
